OUR TERMS OF SERVICES


Our Payment Terms

1. We accept Singapore Dollars only/ SG$.


2. Payment by Credit Card/ Cash/ Paylah/ Paynow upon booking.

  • We will automatically refund the payment if booking is not successful.


3. Payment is non-refundable and services are deemed as rendered if Customer is not contactable and don't show up at pick up point within 15 mins complimentary waiting time. *Please maintain direct contact with your Chauffeurs during your booking schedules.


4. Customers need to provide minimum 48 hours advance notice in order to cancel or change booking schedules. Advance notice can be sent by email/ messaging/ whatsapp/ wechat with your order number and contact details.


5. PrimeClass Limo reserves the rights to upgrade the limousine model

to a more high-end model such as Toyota Alphard/ Velfire if Customers selected an older or less popular limousine model that are no longer available. This is a free upgrade, no additional charges. PrimeClass Limo will inform Customers in advance accordingly if there is any free upgrades.


6. PrimeClass Limo shall not be liable if Chauffeurs did not show up for booking that was made personally with the Chauffeurs.


Customers are advice to make booking officially through our PrimeClass Limo website/ whatsapp +6597283311 because PrimeClass Limo operation team will always send replacement Chauffeurs whenever Chauffeurs could not show up for the job due to unforeseen reasons.


For Point To Point Transfers (Inside City or Outside City):

"Inside City" refers to the pick up or drop off points that are within the City and common areas of Singapore.


"Outside City" refers to the pick up or drop off points at very remote, out of City destinations such as Sentosa, Singapore Zoo, Tuas, Kranji etc. You can select "Inside City" if you are unsure, we will inform you during booking confirmation if you need to top up SG$20 for outside City destinations.

SURCHARGES (ADDITIONAL CHARGES)


Here is a list of surcharges/ additional charges that may be chargeable to Customers during our services. Customers can pay to our Chauffeurs by Cash/Paylah/ Paynow during our services.


1.    Additional drop-off/ pick up points: SG$15 / each point. Applicable only for: Point To Point, Airport Transfer services.


2.    Additional waiting time: SG$15 / each 15 mins block. **First 15 mins grace period is free for Customers. Applicable only for: Airport Arrival and Airport Departure.


4.    Surcharge of 5% for payments by credit cards may be charged. Applicable only for payments by credit cards.


5.    Surcharge of 10% for late night jobs (11pm to 7am). Applicable only for: Point To Point, Airport Transfer services, City Tour Transit, Hourly Chauffeur Services.


6.    Surcharge of 10% for jobs on public holiday and eve. Applicable only for: Point To Point, Airport Transfer services, City Tour Transit, Hourly Chauffeur Services.
